Purple Carrot is great! Their meals are tasty and filling, especially this one. The plant-based

meatballs were really nicely done, and in a good sauce. Like I mentioned before, I think itā€™s really cool how they use paper bowls instead of plastic ones. Even small changes like that can help out and make a big difference!

Great taste. Quick meal! Meatballs tasted good and I liked the sauce. I didnā€™t

think that the green beans reheated well, turn papery and difficult to chew. #veganuary

I didnā€™t know you could get purple carrot in the frozen section now. Sweet! They

had a veggie mix bowl too, but I find those frozen veggies donā€™t cook wellā€¦ at least when theyā€™re that tiny. #uplandspeak

I appreciate having meatballs again. The meal must be left out to thaw because I

prefer to cook it in the oven or on the stovetop rather than in the microwave. #readytoeat
