Purple Carrot is great! Their meals are tasty and filling, especially this one. The plant-based meatballs were really nicely done, and in a good sauce. Like I mentioned before, I think it’s really cool how they use paper bowls instead of plastic ones. Even small changes like that can help out and make a big difference!

I didn’t know you could get purple carrot in the frozen section now. Sweet! They had a veggie mix bowl too, but I find those frozen veggies don’t cook well… at least when they’re that tiny. #uplandspeak
