Pumfu original

First time trying the original flavour of this pumfu! #tofu made from #pumpkin seeds. It has such a nice texture ! The flavor is pretty neutral but a bit more earthy than soy tofu. I actually didn't season it and cubed it up in a salad as I was being a #lazyvegan . it's really expensive where I live , like almost $10 😩

I am a fan! Definetly needs seasoning but the way I made it it kind of tasted like scrambled eggs which was quite good.

First time I had Pumfu. It needs a lot of seasoning. I did tacos with spinach.

My sweetie doesn’t eat soy, so we picked this up to try. I love the single ingredient panel of only organic pumpkin seeds. 🎃 It has a nice, nutty flavor. The texture is similar to super firm tofu, but more crumbly. It also comes pre-pressed, which is nice. While I really enjoyed this, it’s really expensive compared to tofu, so I’ll stick with tofu on the regular, but definitely keep this in rotation. #glutenfree

What a great alternative to soy tofu! This cooked and tasted very similar to regular tofu. It does have a green color so it looked strange in a breakfast sandwich but tasted great.
