Soooo I just made some super #yummy #healthy & #protein vegan chocolate chip cookies!
These
were SUPER EASY to make! You only need 5 main ingredients!
Recipe for 6 big cookies 🍪: #veganrecipes
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 medium-sized ripe banana;
- 1/2 cup of thin oat flakes [50g];
- 1/4 cup of Crunchy Peanut Butter (I used the one from Prozis which is actually my fav 🥰 - in the 3rd and following pics );
- 20g dark chocolate chips (I used the Intense 70% Cacao ones from Vahiné - in my last post);
- 1 tea spoon of baking powder;
- 1 pinch of salt.
METHOD:
- Smash de banana. In a bowl, add the banana & the (thin) oats and mix it up together.
- Next: add the crunchy PB 🥜 and mix it well until it’s uniform.
- Then add the baking powder and a pinch of salt. Mix it up real good.
- Next: add the chocolate chips, mix it up and make sure they’re well scattered.
- Finally, grab a tray and form your cookies the way you prefer! Smash them slightly with a wet fork so that they’re not too tall.
- Put in oven at 200°C (with ventilation on) for 10 minutes. And you have your cookies!!! 🥰
