I find this prosciutto optically very nice, also the taste is good, the texture could be improved as the slices break a bit, but all in all a very nice cold cut, with a light packaging and a good price.

I love that Vegavita is trying more and more innovative products, that are readily available to an affordable price! This prosciutto mimics a bit the Italian San Daniele or the Jamon Serrano and the optic is right. The texture is a bit "soft" and the taste is more similar to "bresaola" than prosciutto but it's a very good effort in my book.
