I bought these #lentil lasagna sheets as they were the only #glutenfree option I could find after checking multiple stores! I couldn’t tell the difference between these and regular pasta - which is great because these actually have a decent amount of #protein and fiber. They’re a more expensive option but I would still buy them again. #veganlasagna

I have been eyeing this lasagna for quite some time but it was very pricy. Fortunately, there was a sale 😁😁. I have tried another brand in the past with the same ratio of products: 90% yellow lentils and 10% brown rice and it tasted great. So I had high expectations for this one as well and it didn't disappoint! It's very tasty and for a #glutenfree lasagne the texture is amazing😋.
Interesting product, I normally do lasagne with lentils so to have them in the pasta brings some creativity to my cooking. Well they're tasty but I still probably prefer regular white pasta 😊
