This is SO GOOD!! I like it better than their vegan cheddar, only thing is
it's comically stark white. It melts how you would expect vegan cheese to, helps if you cover the pan while sauteeing

I am just really impressed with vegan cheese these days. This mozza is great, not

One of the few vegan cheese I don't hate. It's not amazing but still a
good enough alternative cheese that I would buy again. It melts a bit but not very well.

Used this today for the first time in a grilled cheese sandwich, points for taste
and lower cost but lost a point since I had to practically wait till my sandwich was burned before the cheese actually melted 😂
