Hemp hearts are a superfood, rich in magnesium. I've found them very tasty on a
slice of bread with peanut butter or in a garden salad.

These are so good, healthy and natural. Only 1 ingredient. I add hemp heats to
cereal, impromptu snacks (mixed with other seeds and apple sauce) and baking (occasionally). It’s a great source for various minerals.
