Reproduit bien la texture du philadelphia, goût un peu chimique, ça passe bien sur un bagel. Je l'ai utilisé dans une salsa étagé avec de la crème sure vegetal de la même marque, salsa, poivrons et fromage gusta.

It doesn't taste like Philadelphia, but with some blueberry jelly, it's verry good!
