Chickenless Broth

J’adore le goût ! Ajoutez-y des nouilles et cela me rappelle la soupe « poulet et

nouille » que je mangeais étant enfant, mais en plus santé et avec une meilleure saveur vegan <3

5 stars all the way. It's so accessible, much less expensive than some, and

wayy easier than the vegan bullion cubes when making soup or sauces. It was DELICIOUS in my Thai peanut sauce!! So happy my.grocery store carries it now!

This was an impromptu purchase at No Frills. It certainly beats adding

boring, plain, flavourless water to a recipe. This stuff is so flavourful, made from a variety of vegetable juices. It goes to show you that you don’t need chicken to make a broth.

I added it to a melange of vegetables, chick peas and quinoa (see the last photo). I’ll definitely buy this again.

Used this for my rice. It has some good flavouring but not overly strong.

Love all these accessible products coming from PC. I used this chickenless stock to make

celery soup and it was a great detour from my usual veggie stock; rich in flavor but not overpowering. Decent price, too.
