We ate these beefless strips in a layered tortilla wrap! It was very tasty!!! But
I do have to say that the texture of these beefless strips is a little rubbery! I still enjoyed them though! ✨🌿

I made these last night and they tasted very good! I will buy them again
and make they with onions, green and red peppers and mushrooms. I had them with rice and they were delicious!

Decent option for something to put in fajita wraps or soup - not sure I'd
have them solo in a stir fry or 'steak ' salad. But it's a nice option to keep in your freezer.

The Montreal-style spice rub did wonders for these beefless strips. The texture was similar to
the seitan I've made (honestly, it was better) and it worked perfectly in my stir-fry.
I won't get them again though - too much packaging for so few strips. I know marketing plays into the size of packaging but there has to be a more creative means to reduce the size and maintain an appealing package.
