Japanese Teriyaki Bento Box

This is a perfect on the go lunch which can be enjoyed hot or cold.

I personally loved the hummus Mezze style box so wanted to try this one and it did not disappoint. The aubergine has a great flavour so would recommend.

Five stars from me as taste price and nutrition. I recommend to you all

Oooh! I liked this more than the peri peri one, it was more filling because

of the edamame and lots of lovely purple cabbage, and the aubergine was really nice and soft. I wouldn’t say the rice was sticky rice but overall it was still really nice to have as part of dinner (served with gyoza and loads of teriyaki tofu) #japanese #aubergine #rice
