In my ongoing quest for the best #veganramen I've discoverd these #korean noodles. Not too bad, nice amount of #spice (I'm not very adventurous with heat though), and the chewiness of the noodles is probably the best I've found in dried form as long as you don't overcook them. Sadly they contain #palmoil, and there's some #msg in there too for those who prefer to avoid. I used to but am now pretty renegade when it comes to msg, for better or worse. But overall, once I added some extra veg and #kimchi, these #noods are up there with some some of the best #instantnoodles I've tried. I probably will buy again. #ramen #noods #spicy #lazyvegan
