This bacon was interesting to try! The strips were hard for us to pull apart before cooking, which was ok as we were making breakfast sandwiches anyway so kept them in large pieces. Flavour was pretty close to what I would expect from bacon, but the texture needs a bit of work to be convincing. Still really delicious and I don’t think you’d notice this were vegan if you cut it up small like in a carbonara or something. #veganbacon #sainsburys 🐷

Yet another vegan bacon to try. This was as good as most others I really liked the flavour. Just like a lot of the others, you have to be very careful separating the rashers as they can easily break up.  I would get these again.
No saben a bacon y de textura tampoco son parecidas. Se rompen fácilmente cuando las separas en crudo.
I’d been struggling to find a good bacon alternative in supermarkets but I was really surprised by Plant Pioneers’ vacon, it had a lot of taste and was crispy but not dry. Highly recommend it!
Swing and a miss for us, we weren't overly fond of the taste or texture. It was hit and miss with the smoky flavour, and it reminded me of frazzle crisps more than anything. We tried cutting it up to make little lardon type pieces, but in pulling the rashers apart they got a bit mushy which was a bit unpleasant. Not our favourite brand of bacon, probably won't opt for it again.
