This pizza won my personal “best pizza of the moment” prize!! I love the stuffed crust, the veggie, tomato and cheese-not-cheese on the top, but the best is the pasta: so thin, perfect and very easy to digest, no thirsty feeling during the night!

This is part of Aldi’s #veganuary range. My aldi doesn’t normally carry vegan pizza so we were excited to see this. Pros: - Lots of vegetables - Tomato stuffed crust is so unique - Affordable! Cons: - Very sweet,artificial tasting sauce Overall this is alright for the price and I love the creativity but it does taste very processed. #pizza #aldi #tomatolover 🍕🍅
Tasted great but completely stuck to the tray snd I had to scrape it off it was a total mess, you really need to oil the tray you're using if you're cooking these!!
I much preferred this Pizza to the bbq jackfruit one! The base seemed more “sturdy” and the Center didn’t fall away from the crust as it did on the bbq one. Toppings were jam packed which I liked, and overall the favours were lovely. The crust was a little flour-y in some places. I’d definitely would recommend this one over the bbq but I still would prefer to spend a little more on either a branded pizza or a takeout. #pizza #veganpizza #vegetablepizza #plantmenu
