I wanted to try these even though I wasn’t too sure about the combo. Battered

beef just sounded strange to me 😁 Turns out that this is a pretty great combo! These beef pieces are perfectly battered in a tempura-like batter! Soooo good! And it comes with a chilli sauce that you drizzle over the top and then bake for a few additional minutes. I’d really recommend these crispy little guys. Yummy.

I really enjoyed these Crispy Batter No Beef Strips from Aldi. The taste of the

meat substitute was very similar to the Plant Pioneers Meat Free Steaks from Sainsbury’s - so if you like them, you’ll probably like these! The crispy “beef” is a great, affordable option for creating your own vegan “fakeaway” at home. The taste is good and the texture is nice. I haven’t seen anything like this before when it comes to vegan options, so it’s definitely an original idea from Aldi!

I cooked these in the air fryer and they were really nice. Came with a

small sachet of sauce, which was also nice. ďżź The strips themselves were really crunchy and tasty and I would definitely have these again. I just ate these on their own as a snack, but you could have them with them in stirfry Aldi have so manďżźy amazing options

These are OK, I don't think they're anything special tbh but they're defo a nice

greasy snack to have in the freezer (but I would pick the chicken balls over these)

Got these from Aldi and they taste great but unfortunately you don't get many in

the box.
