I tried the Marks and Spencer’s Plant Kitchen Lentil Shepherds Pie. Which once again was

amazing also very easy to cook you microwave this in minute’s. I did it with Sweet potato mash, carrot and cauliflower. But have learned the topping of mash is plenty so next time will do a green leafy veg or peas. #vegancheltenham #veganshepherdspie #veganmarksandspencer

Here's another #lazyvegan find! An instant shepherd's pie ready in 2 minutes. The lentils are

well-cooked and not mushy, while the potato layer is a little bit grainy. I wish it could've been more silky. Taste-wise, it is spot on! #veganisnotscary

Really great quick dinner. 2 minutes in the microwave. £2.50 each though which is quite

expensive seeing as the pots aren’t very big.

Nice and easy to grab for lunch when you don't have time to prepare anything.

Not overly filling but nutritional value is good considering it's only195 calories per pot. 10g fibre, 8.4g protein, 2.4g fat and 6.6g sugar. I would have preferred it to be less mushy but that's the root veg mash as opposed to potato mash. I'd have it again if I didn't have time to sort lunch 😊
