My favourite High Street sandwich!!!

I quite enjoyed this butty, there was a decent amount of filling and a good

egg to mayo ratio, the tofu egg had a pretty realistic texture too, the flavour wasn’t 100% there and it was quite peppery but overall still very tasty, and it wasn’t too overpriced for m&s anyway #day21 #veganisnotscary

Very exciting to see the Plant Kitchen range at M&S continue to expand, particularly with

ready to eat options for a busy lifestyle.

Unfortunately, the no egg and watercress sandwich wasn’t the taste sensation hoped for. It did taste a little eggy, but was mainly bland and a bit dry.

This recipe could be improved upon by mixing up some silken tofu with black salt and vegan mayo to give a lovely, creaming filling.

Not overly keen on the bread used, which seemed a little dry and possibly stale.

Overall, improvements could definitely be made, but a step in the right direction for convenient vegan food for the time poor. #willows

This was the only vegan option in an M & S outlet at a

motorway service station. It was surprisingly good, made with tofu cannelli beans. Good for food on the go. #veganisnotscary
