This pie was great. Large chunks of beetroot in a lovely sauce with a really crispy, flaky crust. I would definitely get this again.

This was the centrepiece of our Christmas meal and it goes without saying that this dish was absolutely beautiful! Not only did it look stunning, it tasted really nice! A faint boozy taste with strong beetroot. Well done Plant Kitchen!!
