Literally didn't rlly have time and will to cook dinner so got boiled rice, put soy sauce white pepper msg on it along with some mushroom, lettuce and vegan mayo. 😂😂 Called it a day with some side of fruits. I used to always have mayo and loved it but became a bit heavy everytime and I knew it wasn't rlly the most healthiest too, so I kinda stopped, but having this again (for the second time?) was nice, I suppose as long you don't have it all the time. It's v nice mixed with some fresh lettuce leaves/salad leaves, put on sandwiches or wraps.
