This was kind of fun and a different change of pace for me. You add
water and let it sit for 5 minutes. Then you cook it. I wish I had more pictures. This was over a year ago. I think I honestly thought I was going to buy it again and didn’t. Not because I didn’t like it. It was so good! It’s just expensive and hard to find. The spices and seasonings were just right. I wish I could remember if it was too salty. I can’t recall. The texture was pretty good and meat-like I’d say. I had it on a taco and I also made a taco salad with it. Both were wonderful. It stored well in the refrigerator and reheated pretty nicely. Again, I hope to get this again sometime cause I really did like it.

Super easy and fast to make and it tasted really good. I got it on
discount, so I actually had a few days worth of taco crumbles for like $3, which was a nice bonus.

This isn't just TVP, this is TVPP! Textured vegetable PEA protein! 😂 For real though,
this was fantastic, and super cheap at under $3 for what makes a pound. And TVP is super high protein for all the gym buffs out there. Highly recommended.
