My plant based post-workout protein shake recipe:
- 8 oz oat milk (3 g protein, 350 mg calcium)
- 1/2 banana
- 1/8 to 1/4 cup peanut butter (8 to 16 g protein)
- 1 scoop Vega protein & greens (20 g #plantprotein)
+/- flax, cinnamon
LOVE the taste of this protein powder. Highly recommend.
