Just tried this last night with a saag sauce recipe I looked up. The meal was delicious. One thing I enjoyed as a vegetarian before I became vegan was a saag paneer and this certainly helped fill that void. Great product but not widely available. Managed to find this one in a Sainsbury's.

Sorry this was truly foul. They say to seal in a frying pan for a minute or two before adding to the curry. It refused to seal, just crumbled in the pan and has a very floury texture with a cardboard taste. Certainly won't bother again
