Plant Based Hot Dogs Bun Length

I really liked these .. I think they are the best vegan dog so far … I know not everyone agrees … what I don’t like is the cost … dang near $2 each … I’m happy to have found them and tried them … but due to cost they won’t be in my regular menu … good flavor and did well in the #airfryer and yes I am so scatterbrained I forgot hotdog buns 😂 #veganhotdog

I wanted to try these at least once, and they are definitely tasty. They are very flavorful and salty. Of course high in #sodium and not the healthiest, but honestly I think a meat eater would enjoy these and possibly not tell the difference! #friendsnotfood

Nope nope nope. Oscar Mayer just released a new #veganhotdog, their first ever, in collaboration with NotCo. I was very excited to try it but was super disappointed, unfortunately. First just by sight they are very red in color and have a thin casing, which is gross to me. The flavor was a little too much, too bright and a fake tasting - hard to explain. It's also very high in sodium, as is the case with many #fauxmeat. But what really ruined it for me was the texture - it was super soft and spongy. I don't remember what a real hot dog is like anymore, but if it's like this, we are not missing out at all. Very disappointed; sorry for the negative review! #meatsubstitute #notco #fakemeat
