No está mal, pero nos gustó más el ahumado. Capricho ocasional.
It’s really good. Reminds me of cured ham. The texture is very similar and the taste is spot on. I think the only thing missing is a little more salt. Most cured meats are usually salty, and this one isn’t (which is good for your health overall). Still, very delicious.

Probé una loncha y está muy bueno, aunque nutricionalmente no es en absoluto interesante y no es algo que yo compraría (o si acaso de higos a brevas a modo de capricho).
