Even With dargeeling momos everywhere in Bangalore I couldn’t find tasty vegan momos. So once I saw vegan momos in blue tribe website I ordered but with cooking instructions in a perforated steamer,I thought I can’t make it without steamer but thanks to @anjunj tips I made it in cooker with bowl of momos in between water. I cooked it for 10mins in 500 watts and 5mins in 1000watts. Few momos cooked perfectly but few are undercooked. Still they are good. They didn’t taste like chicken momos but more like premium momos which they should because of price tag. Chilli sauce they gave with momos is amazing. Little oily but not too spicy. I have to find a way to cook them evenly. With Virat and Anushka support hope they bring more products like these.
I sent my bestfriend a little vegan care package.. she isnt vegan but she is very enthusiastic about trying vegan food and equally supportive of vegan products.. she recently even ditched dairy and switched to plant based mylk.. she loves momos and she loved these..
