I always appreciate her efforts to accommodate my vegan lifestyle. I added these mozzarella shreds to my pasta dinners and my Just Egg breakfasts. I unfortunately forgot to take photos of the mozzarella mixed in with the liquid Just Egg when I cooked up some very deliciously cheesy omelettes..  These mozzarella shreds melted very nicely, probably a little better than the Daiya and Violife mozzarella shreds which are my go-to brands here at home. The taste was truly mozzarella-like; I was very impressed! This cheese is a decent source of calcium. I would be quite happy if my sister were to order this brand of mozzarella shreds again for a future visit.
