Questa base per pinsa è veramente buona e super pratica da avere sempre in casa per un pasto al volo o per un aperitivo in compagnia!
Stratosfericamente buona!!! Stesa a mano, lunga lievitazione, per ricette salate e dolci. Farina di Frumento tipo "0", acqua, farina di riso, farina di soia, sale iodato, olio EVO, pasta madre essiccata di Frumento, semola di riso, lievito di birra essiccato. Ho aggiunto solo un po' di pomodorini pachino, olio EVO, sale e origano. La consiglio vivamente.
Davvero ottima, necessita solamente di 5 minuti in forno e il risultato è ottimo.
