Pink Beans

I love these Camellia pink beans. Camellia's beans are consistently good and are typically quite clean and free of debris. These pink beans are no exception! I love cooking them down with the "trinity" and some good beer and homemade veggie broth. They have a nice, satisfying texture and almost hearty flavor.
