The vegan version of the famous coxinhas (Brazilian dish). This vegan version is amazing. For me, it tastes exactly like the ‘traditional’ version…probably even better, actually. They’re already pre cooked, so you can just pop them in the oven or the air fryer, and they’re done. Cheap, easy to prepare and perfect to have when you don’t have time to cook. Really tasty.
