These are actually quite filling. I like the healthier option but still prefer the taste of the soft white ones from the other place. Ideally they should be heated or toasted. #stellenbosch

Love the reduced to clear price - these freeze very well. Great weekend treat for me with all sorts of fillings and even use it as a burger bun - always toasted of course 😬
A nice healthy alternative to the usual English muffins. I added scrabbled tofu on mine. Get them at pick n pay. #veganisnotscary
