Great tofu, nice and firm. I love that it's easily available. It fries up nice and crispy or I use it in curries, stews or as a scramble

While it is a good tofu, it is way to expensive. You can get tofu in other places like Wellness for a fraction of the price.
Tofu is a great source of protein and works well in a lot of different dishes! I had this with roasted veggies🍠🧅🥕 #veganisnotscary 77/90
This tofu is perfect to use for making tofu scramble and is easily available at Pick n Pay and budget friendly too! I also use it to make tzatziki 😍 which is great in wraps with falafel and roasted peppers! Here is the recipe for tzatziki that I have in a recipe book called Fast and Easy Vegan by JL Fields ⬇️ Ingredients: 1 large cucumber 400g firm tofu, drained 1 large lemon, juiced 2 teaspoons rice vingegar or apple cider vinegar 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill 1/4 teaspoon salt Method: 1) Cut the cucumber in half. Cut one half into a couple of pieces; cut the other half into small dice. Set the dice aside. 2) In a food processor or blender, combine the cucumber pieces, tofu, lemon juice, vinegar, dill, and salt. Pulse for about 20 seconds, long enough to blend everything to a yoghurt-like consistency. Add water, if needed. Pour into an airtight container. 3) Add the diced cucumber and stir to combine. 4) Place the lid on and refrigerate the tzatziki, ideally one day before using, to let the flavour develop. If you make this on the same day you plan to use it, place it in the freezer 30 minutes before serving. Notes: I usually add a little more lemon or dill because I like a super citrusy tzatziki. The recipe says it can be prepared up to 5 days in advance as long as it is refrigerated in an airtight container. I am not someone who usually plans things in advance 😅 so I've only ever made this a maximum of 30 minutes before I plan to use it and it has worked out every time 😎 #veganisnotscary #challenge #90days #90reviews #abillion #findyourimpact
Not the best Tofu I have bought but was tasty and firm. Will buy again if I can't find Green Guru.
