Corn & Chickpea Bites

New recipe… not as nice as they used to be. Stronger Curry taste

I absolutely love these corn and chickpea bites, they are so delicious and full of

flavor. 😋

I’m conflicted about how to review these… I think the most honest summary would be:

they were decent enough, but I probably wouldn’t re-purchase 🤷🏻‍♀️

I think they probably would’ve been better if I’d allowed them to crisp up a bit in the oven/air fryer, rather than heating in the microwave.

These were a tasty little add to our lunch salad wraps. I warmed them up

I the air fryer and they became nice and crispy. The corn adds a nice sweetness. I recommend as something different from the traditional falafel.

These were nice, perfect for a meze platter, it does need some chutney or a

sauce to lift it.
