I’ll admit, I have been watching him make shakes

from this awesome brand and always blew my mind. I recently asked him which one he uses and what he suggests.

I got this all in one meal replacement desert (because it’s so good)!😂

I love it! I get so busy that I don’t eat and all I need is something to quickly make and have🥰

I have been loving this Phyto Pro One Chocolate meal replacement shake for breakfast recently.

I blend it up with a little water, lots of ice, a Granny Smith apple and a tablespoon of freshly ground flax seeds every morning and it keeps me full and satisfied until lunch time. It’s chock-full of essential nutrients and the taste is pleasant — don’t expect chocolate ice cream vibes though.

I’ve tried the Vanilla & Red Rooibos one as well, and although also good, I think I much prefer the Chocolate one. Keen to try the regular Vanilla flavour next.

Soooo happy to have so many really good quality vegan (and gluten free!) supplements to choose from — compared to when I first went vegan in the late 80’s. Life is good.

Great for those days or weeks where there isn’t enough hours in the day and

you’re on the run. Great nutrient boost to keep you going short term

Great meal-replacement powder with all the nutrients you need from a meal!

Fantastic nutritionally. Great way to start the day. The taste isn't as chocolatey and I
