Questa passata è davvero buonissima! Non è per niente acida, dolce al punto giusto,

profumata e consistente.
L’ho usata per preparare un seitan alla pizzaiola  e un ragù vegetale, il risultato è stato ottimo in entrambi i casi. È un prodotto che consiglio moltissimo.
