peppermint and liquorice

Asda  Peppermint and liquorice fruit tea. 20 bags for 75p bargain.  Sweet and refreshing certainly does something for the wellness that's a good thing in these busy fast pace life we all lead. I firstly tried this flavour the other week from another brand and actually really enjoyed the taste and how we'll the herbs worked together it was a suprise. Then finding these in Asda today i decided to give them a try and they are really good.  They do taste just as good - however I think they need to aim for organic on their labelling, i think all tea companies and food business need to be offering organic as our little pollinators are vanishing and its not good, the more clean food the better for all.  so why drink it  well its caffeine free, which is better for us as caffeine can be addictive, so by drinking fruit teas we are getting our antitoxins from the fruits and the herbs helping to keep out little bodies healthy.  why is peppermint good for us ..  It may help with indigestion, keep out gut healthy can make our skin better too - like the saying says you are what you eat.  Might be able to help relive pain from headaches and migraines, why not consider drinking pepper mint to may be fight of flu and colds and there is much more information out there regarding peppermint, have a read while you sip from a cup.  if you like the taste then give it a whirl 10/10 for flavour thats a winner. so why liquorice  The Liquorice roots is said to aid healthy and help with digestive issues may even help us when we have heartburn, menopausal symptoms and peptic ulcers. however ongoing research is still underway.  anyway it really does taste nice the peppermint is stubble and then you have the soothing flavour of liquorice and it really is nice and relaxing just to sip from the cup when you have a few min to your self.  give your self a pampering your worth it.  #vegan #fruitea #herbtea #peppermint #liquorice #tea #relax #veganism #govegan #teabreak #caffinefree #
