These were awesome,. Probably great for a party platter etc, but they also really elevate my salads and sandwiches. Absolutely brilliant. I had gotten this some time last year, at a vegfest. I believe you can get Pelagonia products from the co-op. Macedonian brand, lots of grilled veggies etc, some dips and spreads. Some of their items aren’t vegan (stuffed with cheese/fish etc) but there will be a healthy amount of vegan stuff. Open to exploring some of their other veggies/dips. #macedonia #antipasti #aubergine #glutenfree
