Simply the best #vegancheese I have ever had. It tastes so close to the original blue moldy #cheese that I honestly used to love, that it really surprised me when I saw the simplicity of the ingredients: #cashews, water, #coconut, guar gum, salt, ferments. That’s all. Pricy but worth it. Bought in #Brussels.

I used to looooove cheese, the stronger, the better. This is a #bluecheese molded. It is absolutely amazing. Big props to this brand for absolutely nailing it. My mom said moldy cheese are easier to replicate since they can use the same mold bacteria 🧫 I bought this at Vegan World, and I hope I’ll find it again cause I ate it all in a heartbeat 🤤🥲 It is very expensive. But I’ll absolutely voluntarily go bankrupt for this cheese.
