I often flub the delicacy of vermicelli. I still try. This time I used it
en lieu of capellini for an avocado tomato lemon herb pasta. The dish is a quick serve and eat hot once the fresh tomatoes and especially the avocados are tossed in. So sorry no photo!

It was okay…. it could have been me, but there seemed to be an artificial
taste. The texture was nice. Fast prep.

Fast cooking vermicelli made from #brownrice and #sago . Clean and easy , I used
it to make a soup with veggies, miso broth, tahini and it came out yummy, a creamy noodle soup that was fast and nourishing.
