A delicious mildly spiced korma paste that's clearly marked vegan. πŸ₯³
Made with coconut & spices

including turmeric, cumin, fennel, ginger & garlic this paste makes it easy to make a tasty curry! πŸ˜‹πŸ₯˜
You do need to have coconut milk on hand to cook it up with, but still works out at much better value than ready made jars or the ones with multiple plastic pouches. This jar is Β£2.30 (Tesco) & serves 8 (opened jars keep for weeks in the fridge). πŸ’°πŸ‘

Not a big fan of Korma as its too mild for me but this paste

is surprisingly nice. Tasty and a good consistency. A useful staple in the cupboard to whip up a quick curry mild enough to statify the kids. #veganisnotscary

Makes a great Korma πŸ‘Œ
I use this to make Jamie Olivers chicken Korma but use

Quorn pieces instead. Delicious πŸ˜‹
Pataks = quality.
Reasonably priced.πŸ‘
The Jamie recipe calls for half a jar. This serves approximately 6 people.
