Organic and vegan tart filled with a soft hazelnut and cocoa cream. The thick, well
cooked and not too sweet pastry contains, among other ingredients, Senatori Cappelli wheat bran and margarine made with shea butter and sunflower seeds oil. The layer of hazelnut and cocoa cream added at the end of cooking is also generous, making everything delicious and satiating. The chessboard decoration is original, with squares of pastry alternated to the cream. Purchased at Più Bio's counter. The price is consistent with the quality of the product.
