Yo la mezclo con pasta de trigo tradicional para no sentir tanto el cambio. Tiene bastante proteina y llena bastante. Cuesta $59 en Walmart, lo cual es económico comparado con la otra marca “Castagno” que cuesta más de 100 pesos 😟😟😟😟. I had bad experiences with chickpeas pasta from other brands before (it totally melted into a bad-tasting cream), so I didn’t have high expectations for this one. Also the very small format did not convince me. Instead I was very pleasantly surprised: they resist well to the cooking and also taste good! I recommend them with tomato and basil sauce. Sadly not from ecologic farming (or at least it doesnt say so). Plastic packaging with a handy tag to keep it closed.
Pasta de garbanzo. A mi se me deshace si la dejo más de 5 minutos. Un poco cara.
No me gusta tanto como la de lenteja, pero está bastante bien. Mejor si le echas alguna salsita.
Como sustituto de la pasta convencional. Está buenísimo con verduras asadas.
