We bought this vegan Parmesan at Marks and Spencer for £3 I believe. It isn’t exactly like I remember Parmesan but it’s a good substitute! Strong but not overly salty, just a nice touch to add to pasta. I’d imagine it would be nice with garlic on some bread, or great in a salad. #greenvie #veganparmesan #m&s #cheese
