Melted really well, we made grilled cheese sandwiches with it. Had a tangy cheese taste. Would buy again as a treat (little pricey).
An excellent nut based cheese that melts well and has a yummy tang.
Hands down my favourite vegan cheddar. Melts great, has a nice tang. So tasty, I just eat it by the slice sometimes.
I am not a fan of this vegan cheese. This could the one of the worst I have had so far. Will not buy again
