This vegan cheese was very cheesy and tasty. It is grated very long so it

feels more like freshly grated cheese. I love the mildy fiery flavor of these vegan cheese shreds. Goes great on a vegan taco salad.

Amazing cheese! First time I tried it and it’s cashew based and really yummy! I

found it at Grocery Outlet. Only note that after you open it, it doesn’t last as long as some other cheeses. So use it within a week or else it will mold!

These are really good and I thought they melted decently. I would definitely try in

another flavor that wasn't so spicy.
