First fell in love with mushroom jerky while living in Taiwan 5 years ago! It

blew me away when I first tried it because it was so meaty!! I am happy to find yummy vegan mushroom jerky here in the US too (Co-Op, Sacramento, CA) . I only tried the Zesty Thai but there were a few flavours from this brand

Mushroom jerky made from shitake mushrooms flavored with cayenne, garlic, onion, paprika, and chia seeds.

All the ingredients are organic and the taste is very mild, it’s not spicy at all.

This is so unexpectedly good. I was afraid they would be spicy but they're not,

just soft and chewy dried mushroom with a bit of spice. A great snack.

This was pretty good!! Before going vegan I wasn’t a big jerky fan but I

still was interested to try this as a now mushroom, and was pleasantly surprised 😊

Definitely want to try out the other two flavors they offer too.
