Devo dire non male, lo ricomprerei. Il sapore ricorda un po' la bresaola, la consistenza è più friabile però.

Affettato vegetale che può ricordare in lontananza la bresaola. Forte retrogusto di pepe. La consistenza rimanda a un affettato a tutti gli effetti, quindi ottimo da servire semplicemente a fette o in rotolini ripieni.
Il nome non tradisce le attese: ottimo per riempire una focaccia e darle un tocco piacevolmente aromatico.
