Pad Thai Cooking Sauce & Rice Noodle Kit

This was absolutely delicious! The pack is vegan and comes with the pad Thai sauce, rice noodles and peanuts. Instead of egg, chicken & bean sprouts I added fried tofu (coated with cornstarch for crispiness) and a pack of frozen stir fry mixed vegetables (also reviewed). Because I love peanut butter I also added a sneaky tablespoon of extra peanut butter and I did all the frying in a tablespoon of sesame oil. #lazyvegan Been pretty busy at work so I indulge in easy peasy vegan 🌱 meal preparation. This mix is pretty good 👍🏿 but wayyyyyyy too much salt 🧂 and sugar. Sure I could do better and healthier with a little time and courage 😅. To savor sparingly ☺️

This kit has everything you need to make a tasty pad Thai, including the noodles. It’s hard to find a vegan pad Thai sauce so I’m super happy this exists! Once you add tofu and veggies, I’d say you can definitely get 2 meals out of this kit.
