This was my favorite milk before I discovered all the silk creamers. I used it in this photo to make hot chocolate! It’s super thick, creamy, and nutritious!

Since on this alkaline diet I am avoiding most nuts and seeds, hemp milk has been my go to. This one is slightly more expensive ($4.99) but it’s worth it, and I’m thankful it has no sugar. Does not lower my pH :)

Great milk allternative. I like the as-advertised mild, nutty flavor. Its consistency is good; it's not too thin or thick. Thumbs up.
