Ch*cken style fillet

When I bought these my brother told me they're better marinated. So I decided to marinate one of them and try the other as it was.
I ate it with vegan potato gratain and it was good.
The fillets got a nice consistency and they remind me a little bit of actual chicken fillets.
The fillet was actually pretty tasty as it was, it had a nice flavour but it was better marinated.

These were great to marinate as they kept a lot of the flavour. Nice texture too.

The texture is weird but the taste is good! Quite an expensive product for only two fillets though. It was nice trying it but will probably not buy it again. I used it in couscous and it was okay. Maybe it needs to be cooked more or even grilled for a better texture?
