Vegan Tortellini Cheese Style

Tasty and fairly nutritious. These have become part of my staple meals.  I love the taste of the faux-cheese ones, not crazy about the faux-beef ones. Delicious in a simple marinara sauce, but would probably also be yummy with some sauteed onions and mushrooms as a casserole with shredded cheese. Yum!

This was a great find at Metro!  The cheese filling was really good and the sauce complimented the tortellini. Comfort food 😋

This is the first vegan tortellini I have come across in the 5 years I have been vegan and I am so happy I took a chance on this product. I absolutely love it. Tastes just like regular tortellini to me!
